Welcome!
OUR CORE VALUES
We LOVE as Jesus loves; we LEARN what it means to be like Jesus; we LIVE out Jesus’ Great Commandments and Great Commission; and we GIVE of ourselves freely as God’s Church needs.
OUR FAITH:
Our tradition is grounded in the Bible, is ancient yet contemporary, and faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our statement of faith is the Apostle’s and Nicene Creeds.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to be a beacon of light for our community and a blessing for all around us.
OUR COMMUNITY
We worship, we study, we pray, we serve, and we fellowship in the name of Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Trinity in the Fields Anglican Church is a community of believers devoted to worship, study, fellowship and service to our Lord Jesus Christ that all may know Him in a loving and saving relationship. It is our mission to be a beacon of light in our community, as we are committed to equipping the saints for ministry to build the Kingdom of God.
Trinity is a member parish of the Anglican Diocese of the South (www.adots.org), which is part of the Anglican Church of North America (www.anglicanchurch.net). The Anglican Church in North America unites 112,000 Anglicans in nearly 1,000 congregations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico into a single Church. On April 16, 2009 it was recognized as a province of the global Anglican Communion, by the Primates of the Global Fellowship of Confessing Anglicans. The Anglican Communion consists of over 85 million members in over 150 countries around the globe. The Most Reverend Dr. Foley Beach is the Archbishop of the Anglican Church in North America.
Many Anglicans consider themselves to be both catholic and reformed in theology. We are catholic in that we believe strongly in the efficacy fo the sacraments and the apostolic tradition. We are reformed in that we believe in the infallible authority of Holy Scripture, as “in it contains all things necessary for salvation.”
Members of the Anglican Church in North America are in the mainstream, both globally and historically, of Christianity – a biblically-faithful way of following Jesus and being part of the “one holy catholic and apostolic church.”
